Cirencester     This afternoon a Hawfinch in Oakley Wood, Cirencester Park close to a stand of yew trees at SO 9717 0305. (Martine & Pete Fenn).

Longney     A Cetti’s Warbler at Longney Crib early afternoon. (Jeremy Squire).

Ashleworth Ham     Six very mobile and always obscured swans thought to be an adult Whooper Swan and five Bewick’s Swans (2 ads, 3 juvs) they all flew off high NE at 1pm. (Les Ditchburn).

Cotswolds     A Red Kite near the Puesdown Inn at 10:15am, a Red Kite at Windrush Camp at 12:03pm and two Red Kites over the small copse by the Shipton Oliffe turn off at 12:10pm. (Gord Avery)

Maisemore     From Court Lake and along the Severn Way this afternoon birds included 25 Long-tailed Tits (11 & 14), two Green Woodpeckers, a Song Thrush, 13 Mallards, three Moorhens, a Cormorant, a Grey Partridge, 21 Red-legged Partridges, 150 Rooks and 37 Jackdaws and a Buzzard. (John Fletcher).
