WWT Slimbridge     A GLOSSY IBIS on the Rushy this morning and mobile around the grounds later. (Archie Archer). Also today a Little Stint and 22 Ruff on the Tack Piece, ten Cattle Egrets and two Little Egrets on South Lake this evening, four adult Dark-bellied Brent Geese on the Dumbles and a Marsh Harrier today. Coombe Hill Meadows     The Russian White-fronted Goose still this morning, seen distantly from Grundon Hide roosting with 40 Greylags. Also a Lapwing, 1200 Wigeon, c1500 Teal, seven Tufted Ducks, eight Gadwalls, 97 Shovelers, a Mute Swan, 250+ Canada Geese, five Shelducks, 103 Pintails, a Grey Heron, 50 Black-headed Gulls over, a Kingfisher, a female/immature Yellowhammer and six Bullfinches along the very muddy canal path, five Long-tailed Tits and large flocks of Redwings and Fieldfares feeding in the adjacent fields. Cobney Meadows     11 Mute Swans, five Shelducks and a Kingfisher today. (Mike Smart).

Framilode     Three adult Yellow-legged Gulls this evening. (Jeremy Squire).

Ashleworth Ham     28 Snipe on a strip of vegetation. (Les Ditchburn).

Alderley     Three Lesser Redpolls and seven Greenfinches on the bird table today. (Vic Polley).

Gloucester     A female Blackcap in the garden at Hempsted today. (Gord Avery).

Hucclecote    80+ Starlings in the garden this morning. The largest number recorded for the garden. (Harold Smith).
