Slimbridge     The GLOSSY IBIS again today by the Dutch barn next to the canal at SO 72740 04303. Please park sensibly roadside or in the free car park before the bridge SO 72895 04128. (Jeremy Holland).

Cotswold Water Park West     A BITTERN dropped into reeds on the W side of Pit 57. (Andy Jayne).  Two adult male SCAUP still on Pit 65 this afternoon. (Roger Gillespie/Andy Jayne).

Uley     At least three Bramblings with c40 Chaffinches near the top of Fiery Lane. At Rockstowes a mixed flock of finches in the Alders of mainly Siskins and Goldfinches. A male Stonechat in fields between Uley and Dursley. (Philip Pope).

WWT Slimbridge    29 Avocets on South Lake today. (Martin Price).

Priors Norton    10+ Little Egrets on the banks of a small river just off the main A38 at SO 86716 24914. (Nige Murray).

Gloucester     A Grey Wagtail on the Quay, by the prison this morning at 8:50am, also last week on Monday and Tuesday morning. (Lee Rogers). A Red Kite over over Llantony Weir at 2:10pm. (Gordon Avery).

Twyning     At Upham Meadow two Curlews, 70 Canada Geese, 20 Mallards, a Skylark singing, a Stonechat, 80 Rooks and ten Carrion Crows. (Juliet Bailey/Mike Smart).

Mitton     On the wet field behind the Sailing Club 218 Wigeon, 402 Teal, four Shovelers, 30 Lapwings, seven Golden Plovers, two Black-headed Gulls and two Lesser Black-backed Gulls. (Juliet Bailey/Mike Smart).
