Stroud     A Kingfisher perched on a branch in the River Frome where it passes through WSP Textiles at Lodgemore Mills. On the Stroudwater canal two Grey Wagtails and a Dipper on the overspill at the lock by the new Lidl store at Dudbridge. (Glenn Lander).

Ashleworth Ham     Early afternoon until 5:30pm birds included 101 Greylags, 97 Canada Geese, three Mute Swans, eight Pintails, four Shovelers, four Gadwalls (2m, 2f), 47 Teal, 40 Wigeon, 21 Mallards, a Little Grebe, a Tawny Owl hooting at 1:30pm, a Stock Dove, a Treecreeper, four Chaffinches, a Song Thrush, a Chiffchaff, a Goldcrest and a Jay.
