Slimbridge     At Shepherds Patch the GLOSSY IBIS again opposite the Dutch barn next to the canal at SO 72740 04303. Leighterton     A male Merlin late afternoon. (Paul Rich).

Forest of Dean     At St Briavels a Red Kite at 1:15pm flying SE to NW. (Bob Broughton).

WWT Slimbridge     53 Avocets, a Great White Egret and male and female Goldeneye on South Lake. (Martin Price/Magnus Carter/Mike Davis). From Zeiss this morning the Dark-bellied Brent Goose on the Dumbles, two Peregrines, four Oystercatchers, four Snipe, seven Avocets and a Water Rail. (Jonathan Bull).
