Eastleach Downs     The first-summer LONG-TAILED SHRIKE, that had been in the area 8th-16th photographed by a non-birder, was relocated at 10:45am along the minor road at https://maps.app.goo.gl/2DtRwdBHmTe3Wio89?g_st=iw Please do not park on verges, block gates or roads at this busy harvest time. Park in the car park at https://maps.app.goo.gl/iUUEaCKtkdimNaMRA?g_st=iw and make a donation to the charity Conservation Communication. The bird appeared to go to roost in the footpath hedgerow at 9:05pm. Thanks to the generosity of birders twitching the Long-tailed Shrike £1200 was raised today for the charity. (MK).

Frampton pools     A female/juvenile BEARDED TIT flew over calling at the sailing lake heading towards the Blue Pool. Also a juvenile Hobby. (Nick Goatman).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This afternoon along the canal from the car park c50 Swifts over, five House Martins, five Swallows, a Whitethroat, a Sedge Warbler and three Ravens.
Also a Clouded Yellow butterfly, a Southern Migrant Hawker seen well (patrolling the canal, viewed from path on north side c150m from car park end) and other dragonflies included Emperor, Black-tailed Skimmer, Ruddy Darter, Brown Hawker, Common Emerald Damselfly, Blue-tailed Damselfly, Common Blue Damselfly and Scarce Chaser.
