Cotswold Water Park West     A drake RING-NECKED DUCK on Pit 129 from Totterdown Lane this morning loosely associating with Pochards. At Pit 201b c30 White-fronted Geese. (Duncan Dine).

WWT Slimbridge     Two WHOOPER SWANS on the Rushy and 15 TUNDRA BEAN GEESE and 142 White-fronted Geese on the Dumbles. 180 Common Gulls and 50 Black-headed Gulls on South Lake. (Ian Ralphs).

Nailsworth     The female MERLIN again at Barton End, perched in the hedge on the south side of the field late afternoon. Also many displaying Skylarks, 8+ Corn Buntings, a Yellowhammer, a Red Kite, three Buzzards and a Raven over. (Terry Grant/Paul Sutton).

Saul Warth     11am-1pm no tide, 17 Shelducks, 144 Curlews, eight Oystercatchers, 300+ Black-headed Gulls, two Stock Doves, 25 Fieldfares, 27 Redwings, three Skylarks, a Meadow Pipit and a Chiffchaff. (MK). Nearby at Fretherne 20 Little Egrets and a Cattle Egret. (Nigel Young).

Frampton pools     A JACK SNIPE in the set aside field south of the sailing lake this morning. (Nick Goatman).

Moreton-in-Marsh     A large Starling murmuration (100’s of birds) over Aldi supermarket this evening, increasing in numbers daily. (Mark Bonner).

Broadoak    Three Ring-necked Parakeets near Hawkins Lane still today. Recommend parking in Newnham car park on the bend by the river and walking. (Ian Hull).

Norton     A GNS survey today on Norton Shooting Range, birds included a Snipe, a female Stonechat, eight Chiffchaffs, 70+ Linnets, 11 Skylarks singing, 34 Fieldfares and eight Redwings. (Shaun Curtis).
