Sharpness     A KUMLIEN’S GULL briefly early this morning in sheep fields between Sharpness and Berkeley before heading north, but not relocated in a thorough search. (Andy Jordan).

WWT Slimbridge     The SPOONBILL, the Tundra Bean Goose and a Common Sandpiper on the Tack Piece today. The Spotted Redshank from Hogarth hide at 11:25am. (Paul Masters).

Cleeve Hill     Seven RING OUZELS and nine Wheatears at lunchtime today. Earlier a female Stonechat. (Tom Mabbett/Martin Price).

Westbury-on-Severn     A KNOT on the river mud early evening, rare here. Also at least two Mediterranean Gulls. (Dan Watson).

Saul Warth     Early morning at high tide 90 Avocets, four Oystercatchers, 12 Ringed Plovers, 26 Dunlins, 31 Curlews, 36 Shelducks, a pair of Gadwalls, unusual on the river, two Little Egrets, six Swallows, 50 Sand Martins, two House Martins, a Chiffchaff, a Blackcap and a Whitethroat. (MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows    This afternoon six Cattle Egrets, two Little Egrets, 6+ Yellow Wagtails, 10+ Swallows, three Lapwings, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, 6+ House Martins and a Red Admiral all in the horse field. (Paul Clark).

Frampton pools    Five new in Common Sandpipers roosting on a branch off Court Lake, two pairs of Great Crested Grebes, a Snipe flew over at dusk and 1500+ Sand Martins and three Swallows. (Nick Goatman/Tan Grigg).
