Sharpness     At 9:15am a PALLID HARRIER flew through S of the picnic site and headed W across the estuary and dropped near Lydney harbour. (Andy Jordan).

Saul Warth     Early morning on patch 15 LITTLE GULLS, four Mandarins (3m, 1f) feeding from the cattle feed troughs, 115 Bar-tailed Godwits, 14 Whimbrels, ten Curlews, 12 Avocets, nine Oystercatchers, 20 Dunlins, seven Grey Plovers, 12 Ringed Plovers, a male Marsh Harrier, seven Swallows, three House Martins, two male Whinchats and a Yellow Wagtail. Frampton     22 BLACK TERNS on the sailing lake from late morning until 7:35pm when they flew off high NE. (Neil Sumner). Also two HOBBIES, a Common Sandpiper, a Cuckoo, three Swifts and the Black Swan still. (Ian Ralphs/Mark Dowie/Nick Goatman/MK).

Awre    Three adult LITTLE GULLS flew downriver on the N side of Awre at 1:10pm. (Andy Jayne/Dave Paynter & WWT Awre Volunteers).

WWT Slimbridge     An OSPREY caught a fish on the Fleet at Zeiss hide at 12:30pm. (Julie Ottley/Roberta Goodall/Paul Clack). On the Tack Piece two Little Ringed Plovers, a Greenshank and the SPOONBILL still. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A male Redstart in the trees along the canal close to the car park at 2pm. Also many Sedge Warblers and a two Whitethroats. (David Douglas). Also today two Avocets and a Wheatear in the meadows W of the Long Pool. (Ian Ralphs).

Gloucester    At lunchtime today a Wheatear, a Yellow Wagtail and a Pied Wagtail on the muck heap at Zoons Court Farm. At Horsbere two Reed Buntings near the lake, a Buzzard, a Whitethroat, a Lesser Whitethroat and Greenfinch heard. (Simon Hart).
