Aylburton     From the village to the River Severn birds included four Chiffchaffs, two Reed Warblers, five Linnets, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Song Thrush, three Swallows, a Grey Heron, two Moorhens, five Shelducks, two Oystercatchers, two House Martins nesting and 10+ Curlews. (John Meadows).

Clanna Country Park     A juvenile Goshawk drifted over late morning. (Paul Woolams).

Stanton     At 8am 15+ Swifts circling and a Buzzard and a Green Woodpecker calling.
Also numerous Meadow Brown, Gatekeepers, and a Marbled White butterfly. (Andrew & Gill Worthington).

Ashleworth Ham     A CES ringing session caught 110 birds including seven Redstarts, two Reed Warblers, 20 Sedge Warblers, seven Blackcaps, 23 Whitethroats, three Lesser Whitethroats, two Chiffchaffs, ten Wrens and 24 Reed Buntings. Other species on the reserve included ten Mallards, a Grey Heron, four Little Egrets, two Red Kites and a Raven. Leckhampton    1+ Corn Bunting near Hill Farm on Leckhampton Hill (off Hartley Lane carpark) this evening. (rose Lennard).

Minsterworth Ham     This morning a colour-ringed adult Curlew, 10+ Skylarks, a Yellow Wagtail and a Redstart. (Mike Smart).

Minsterworth Ham     This morning a Red Kite, two Buzzards, a Curlew, 15 Skylarks, ten Swallows, two Blackcaps, a Whitethroat and two Chiffchaffs. (Mike Smart).

Gloucester     At Longlevens at 7:40pm c15 Swifts flew SW, then 50+ Swifts flew NE and another c20 Swifts flew SW. (Steve Parker).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Two Mute Swans, a Greylag, ten Mallards, three unringed Great White Egrets, a Little Egret, a Grey Heron, a pair of Coots with three tiny chicks, six Oystercatchers including two almost full-grown chicks, a pair of Little Ringed Plovers with two tiny chicks, three adult Lapwings with two broods of at least five chicks, a Snipe, two Redshanks, five Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper, five Skylarks, two Yellow Wagtails, two Sedge Warblers, two Blackcaps, two Whitethroats and five Reed Buntings. Norton & The Leigh Water Meadows     This morning at 8am eight Blackcaps, six Whitethroats, four Sedge Warblers, 18 Reed Buntings, 12 Redstarts, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, four Chiffchaffs, a Jay, 20+ Skylarks, four Linnets, two Meadow Pipits and two Greenfinches. (Shaun Curtis).
