Saul Warth     On a low high tide from 6:15am 23 Avocets, 114 Curlews, a Common Sandpiper, two Oystercatchers and 50 Dunlins and two Turnstones distant on the Noose, two Little Egrets, three Kestrels, two Ravens, two Mistle Thrushes, two Grey Wagtails, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Whitethroat, a Chiffchaff and a Blackcap.
