It has almost completed its moult and will probably not be around much longer. Also five Whinchats, ten Corn Buntings, a Wheatear, a Stonechat, a Yellowhammer and a Redstart. Awre     This morning a Hobby, three Whinchats, two Yellow Wagtails and seven Reed Buntings. At Broadoak six Lapwings, a Greenshank, a Common Sandpiper and two Little Egrets. (Andy Jayne).

Saul Warth     Early morning a female Shoveler, scarce here, 20 Avocets, 141 Curlews, 200 Ringed Plovers, 100 Dunlins, five Sanderlings, two Turnstones, 200 more distant small waders, a Peregrine, 21 Cattle Egrets, two Wheatears, two Yellow Wagtails, a Whitethroat and three Chiffchaffs. (MK).

Fairford     37 Yellow Wagtails at a pool on Upper Green near the centre of the village this afternoon. (Steve Kear).

Barnsley Warren SSSI     Mid morning on the Fosse Way spur, 4+ Red Kites, two Buzzards, two Ravens, two Redstarts and a small group of Linnets. Butterflies, included a Clouded Yellow, a Chalkhill Blue, two Adonis Blues, two Common Blues and many Small Heaths. (Steve Brown).

Leckhampton     This afternoon, a Clouded Yellow, a garden tick, and a Ruddy Darter. A Great Spotted Woodpecker heard. (Kim & Steve Brown).

WWT Slimbridge     Around the grounds this morning, 13 Ruff, a Grey Plover, three Little Ringed Plover, four Green Sandpipers, a Common Sandpiper, three Spotted Redshanks and a Whinchat. (Ian Ralphs).
