Cleeve Hill A male NIGHTJAR disturbed while resting in the centre of Warden’s Wood early morning. Also a Cuckoo here. Corn buntings singing along West Down and near Wontley Barn. Redstarts in song at Wontley Barn and West Wood, and three Tree Pipits singing between these two sites. (Chris Stott).

Symonds Yat In the Yat Rock area the Peregrine pair, a Sparrowhawk, Swallows, Ravens, Swifts, Stock Doves, a pair of Bullfinches and a Blackcap. Also a Rose Chafer, a Green-veined White butterfly and four Fallow Deer. (Chris & Phil Andrews).
