Frampton pools     A late male Cuckoo, the first three Common Tern juveniles flying, two Shovelers, eight Tufted Ducks, three Lesser Whitethroats, eight Whitethroats, two Yellow Wagtails, a Garden Warbler, 31 Chiffchaffs, 22 Blackcaps, 15+ Reed Warblers and a Coal Tit with young. (Nick Goatman).

Ashleworth     A pair of Spotted Flycatchers feeding young in a private garden today. (Richard Humphrey).

Southrop     A Barn Owl hunting at 10pm. (Pete Grimmitt).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
