Frampton pools A SPOTTED CRAKE seen briefly this evening. Also seven Little Egrets, four Common Terns and a juvenile Sparrowhawk. (Nick Goatman).
Cirencester A Wood Warbler today flycatching in the north edge of Moss’s Copse, Cirencester Park, SO9902. Also in the same area at least four Spotted Flycatchers. (Martin Wright).
Saul Warth This morning five Crossbill flew W at 9:40am, also three Whinchats, two Stonechats, a Redstart, three Lesser Whitethroats, three Whitethroats and a Willow Warbler. On the river 79 Curlews, four Dunlins, three Ringed Plovers, 11 Little Egrets and a Greenshank flew through. (Gordon Hodgson).

Charlton Kings An adult and two young Peregrines calling loudly, low over the garden at midday. (Tom Mabbett).
Cleeve Hill A juvenile Wheatear this evening. Also two Stonechats. (Tom Mabbett).
Nailsworth A CATTLE EGRET flew N up the Nailsworth Valley at 8:02pm, the first known record for the area. (Terry Grant). In bushes around Barton End this morning 14 Willow Warblers, eight Chiffchaffs, a Garden Warbler and a Tree Pipit. A Yellow Wagtail and Grey Wagtail flew over S. (Francis Steuck).
Tewkesbury The GREAT WHITE EGRET was mobbed by a Grey Heron this evening, then landed briefly on Glos side of the Avon, before flying back towards the sailing club again. (Sarah Loaring).
Slimbridge to Purton From Shepherd’s Patch to Purton along the canal a Whimbrel, two Curlews, a Little Egret, two Common Cranes, a Kestrel, four Buzzards, 6+ Chiffchaffs, a Reed Warbler and a Willow Warbler. Also Brown Hawkers, Common Blue Damselflies and a male Banded Demoiselle. (MK). Pic by Mike.
