Frampton pools     Two Spotted Flycatchers, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Whitethroat, a Reed Warbler, two Cetti’s Warblers, 56 Chiffchaffs, 27 Blackcaps, 46 Robins, three Willow Warblers, four Reed Buntings, 38 Swallows, four Bullfinches, 20+ Linnets, 40+ Goldfinches and two Ravens. Nailsworth    At Barton End a covey of six Grey Partridges and five Red-legged Partridges late afternoon. (Terry Grant).

Dowdeswell Reservoir     At 8am a Cetti’s Warbler, a Goldcrest, Coal Tits, a Great Crested Grebe and two Swallows. Also a Muntjac. (Jeremy Holland).

Stinchcombe Hill     This morning a Redstart, many Chiffchaffs, 40+ Pied Wagtails on the golf course and hundreds of hirundines including a few Sand Martins moving over S. (James Robinson).

Slimbridge     A Peregrine on the church again today. (Paul Sutton).

My name is Mike King and have lived all my life in Gloucestershire. I am happiest birding around Frampton but I especially love Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
