WWT Slimbridge     A MERLIN on the Tack Piece fence and 13 White-fronted Geese on the Tack Piece. At least eight Sanderlings and a Little Stint with the Dunlin flock on Dumbles. A YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER from the Estuary Tower again. A Water Rail from Willow hide. (Roy Kinchin/Ian Ralphs/Les Ditchburn). 

Sharpness     A Rock Pipit on the sea wall behind SARA at 3:45pm. (Ian Ralphs).

Saul Warth     Late morning at high tide 16 Curlews, two Grey Plovers, 44 Shelducks, three Teal, eight Grey Herons, two Little Egrets, three Common Gulls and ten Meadow Pipits. (MK).

Hazleton     c15 Bramblings with c40 Chaffinches on Beech mast this morning. (Duncan Dine).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning a Mute Swan, 25 Greylags, 35+ Wigeon, 440+ Teal, 150+ Mallards, six Pintails (5m), a Red Kite, ten Skylarks, two Meadow Pipits, five Stonechats, 22 Fieldfares, 100 Jackdaws, 60 Goldfinches and ten Linnets. (Mike Smart).

Stonehouse     A male Blackcap feeding in the garden at 2pm. (Jon Dexter).
