WWT Slimbridge     A pair of BLACK-WINGED STILTS on the Top New Piece from Zeiss hide today. The birds were seen mating. Also a Greenshank. (Martin McGill). A pair of second-summer Mediterranean Gulls and a first-summer Mediterranean Gull on the Rushy. (Tom Mabbett/Duncan Dine/Mark Dowie/MK).

Witcombe Reservoirs     A singing Reed Warbler, a Common Sandpiper, a few Martins and Swallows, a pair of Grey Wagtails and a Pied Wagtail. (Paul Salmon).

Kingscote     Five Goldcrests, 23 Yellowhammers, eight Linnets, a Whitethroat, a Willow Warbler, a pair of Mistle Thrushes, 20+ Skylarks, four Greenfinches, a female Sparrowhawk and six Swallows collecting mud. (Joshua Hamblin).

Kingswood     On the lane to Hawpark Lane two Linnets, a Stonechat, a Redstart and a Whitethroat today. (Tom McCarthy).

Halmore     Around the fields this evening four Whitethroats, a Willow Warbler, a Bullfinch, two Linnets, and two Cuckoos calling. Butterflies included a faded Painted Lady. (Chris Newton).
