Beverston     Two Grey Partridges on Babdown Airfield early morning. (Shane Long).

WWT Slimbridge      On South Lake the Tundra Bean Goose the causeway. A SPOONBILL and a BITTERN flew from Zeiss hide toward the estuary tower at 1pm. This morning a Common Tern flew over the canal bridge at Shepherd’s Patch. (Mark Longland). A BITTERN from Knott hide/Estuary Tower this morning. (Geoff Moyser).

Frampton     At the sailing lake at 2pm five Common Terns, two Hobbies and c20 Swifts. (Mark Longland). A Garden Warbler singing at the sailing lake at 7am. A SPOONBILL flew N at Splatt Bridge at 6:40am. (Steve Pullen).

Saul Warth     Early morning no tide, 60 Shelducks, three Whimbrels, a Bar-tailed Godwit, two Grey Plovers, 135 Dunlins, 36 Ringed Plovers, nine Curlews, four Avocets, two Oystercatchers, eight Cattle Egrets, two Great White Egrets, four Common Terns, a Green Woodpecker, two Sand Martins, 23 Swallows and three Skylarks. Wotton Hill     A Hobby over N at 11:15am. (Paul Rich).

Gossington    A Buzzard, a Kestrel, a flock of Linnets over and a distant Cuckoo heard. (Harrison Rowsell).

Stroud    Along the River Frome this morning a flyby Kingfisher, three Grey Wagtails and 3+ Dippers. (Paul Clark).

Coombe Hill Meadows     The evening a SPOONBILL on the scrapes. (Ian Hull). This morning four Mute Swans, 12 Greylags, four Canada Geese, two Shelducks, 4+ Gadwalls, 20+ Mallards, a pair of Shovelers, a Grey Heron, a Little Egret, three Coots, two Oystercatchers, a Little Ringed Plover, four Lapwings, two Curlews, a Black-tailed Godwit, four Redshanks, two Black-headed Gulls, five Skylarks, five Swallows, a Sand Martin, two Yellow Wagtails, 2-3 Redstarts, a Cetti’s Warbler, 5+ Sedge Warblers, two Lesser Whitethroats, 5+ Whitethroats, 2-3 Blackcaps, 3+ Chiffchaffs, ten Carrion Crows, 5+ Jackdaws and 5+Reed Buntings. (Mike Smart). Also today a Hobby and a Kestrel circling over at 12:30pm. (Les Ditchburn).

Forest of Dean     Three Wood Warblers in Russell’s Enclosure this morning. (Geoff Fawcett). At Nagshead this afternoon a male Pied Flycatcher, a male Redstart and a Cuckoo. (Wendy Kennison & Sarah Adams). This morning at Nagshead three Garden Warblers, two male Pied Flycatchers and a pair of Spotted Flycatchers. (Mark Longland). Two Tree Pipits at Crabtree Hill today.
