Saul Warth     Early morning no tide 41 Shelducks, nine Whimbrels, four Bar-tailed Godwits, a Greenshank heard, a summer plumaged CURLEW SANDPIPER, 215 Dunlins, 55 Ringed Plovers, a winter-plumaged Knot, a Grey Plover, 11 Curlews, six Oystercatchers, two Common Terns, two Common Cranes, six House Martins, two Sand Martins, 20 Swallows, two Whitethroats and 15 Linnets. Frampton    At Splatt Bridge early morning two Cuckoos, two Oystercatchers by the church, a Kingfisher and a Lesser Whitethroat by the bridge. (Steve Pullen). Along the canal between Fretherne and Splatt Bridges a drake Mandarin, a Whimbrel in flight calling, a Common Tern in a flock of mixed gulls, a male Whinchat on a bush singing and a Grasshopper Warbler reeled a couple of times. Cotswold Water Park West     At midday at Pit 32 two Common Terns, two Swifts, 1+ Garden Warbler and a Blackcap. (John Holland).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Three Hobbies hunting over the scrapes this afternoon. Also a singing Reed Warbler at the start of boardwalk. (Ian Hull).

Ashleworth Ham     Two Egyptian Geese flew off this morning. (Les Ditchburn).

Aylburton Common     A pair of Bullfinches feeding on Dandelion seeds on the lawn this morning. (Martin Vaisey).

Winchcombe     A distinctive leucistic Blackbird, a frequent visitor to the garden. Also a male Great Spotted Woodpecker feeding daily on a fat slab. (Gill & Andrew Worthington).
