Eastleach Downs     The first-summer LONG-TAILED SHRIKE present again today again along the minor road near https://maps.app.goo.gl/2DtRwdBHmTe3Wio89?g_st=iw . It has almost completed its moult and will probably not be around much longer.

Please do not park on verges, block gates or roads at this busy harvest time. Saul Warth     Early morning low tide, poor weather, 25 Avocets, 150 Curlews, a Black-tailed Godwit, 100 each Dunlins and Ringed Plovers, 180 Shelducks, ten Teal, 28 Cattle Egrets, two Little Egrets, two Common Cranes, a Rock Pipit, two Whitethroats, two Blackcaps, a Yellow Wagtail and a Grey Wagtail. WWT Slimbridge     From Estuary Tower/Middle Point six ARCTIC TERNS (5 juveniles), two Golden Plovers, distant waders including Little Stint, Sanderling and Curlew Sandpiper, 303 Ringed Plovers and 222 Dunlins. Also a Wheatear and five Stonechats. (Martin McGill). Late morning eight Curlew Sandpipers and three Little Stints from Zeiss hide. (Andy Jayne).

Cleeve Hill     This morning four Wheatears and a Hobby flew W over the Sheepwash. (Ian Ralphs).

Guscar Rocks     This morning three juvenile Shelducks, a Wigeon, two Grey Herons, a Great White Egret, a Cormorant, a Peregrine, 220+ Curlews, four Black-tailed Godwits, two Redshanks, two Common Sandpipers, 200+ Black-headed Gulls, 50+ Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a juvenile Common Tern, five Skylarks, five Swallows, 4+ Chiffchaffs and 75 Carrion Crows.
