Saul Warth     At high tide from 6:30am 236 Curlews, five Bar-tailed Godwits, a Knot, 225+ Avocets, 50 Ringed Plovers, two Dunlins, 50 Teal, 21 Grey Herons, a Great White Egret, three Little Egrets, five Common Cranes, four Chiffchaffs, two Blackcaps, 11 Swallows, ten Meadow Pipits, a male Stonechat and three Reed Buntings. WWT Slimbridge     A Kingfisher caught several fish in front of the Martin Smith hide this morning. Also at least nine Cattle Egrets with the cattle in front of the Zeiss hide. (John Elley). Four Garganeys and a Snipe on the Rushy. (Martin Price).
