WWT Slimbridge     A PECTORAL SANDPIPER throughout the day until 3:30pm at least on the Top New Piece viewed from Zeiss hide but very elusive, sometimes disappearing for up to an hour at a time. Also a GUILLEMOT on the river off of the Dumbles today. (Martin McGill).

Saul Warth     From 6:30am at high tide, 250 Curlews, seven Bar-tailed Godwits, 225 Avocets, 25 Ringed Plovers, a Dunlin, five Teal, 20 Wigeon, 80 Shelducks, ten Grey Herons, two Little Egrets, three Common Cranes, two Kestrels, a Chiffchaff, a Blackcap and two male Stonechats. (MK).

Walmore Common    Five Cattle Egrets and ten Great White Egrets flew in at 10:45am. (Andy Jayne).

Frampton pools     This evening a Goshawk, 29 Swallows, two House Martins, 20 Cattle Egrets, ten Little Egrets, four Great White Egrets, 62 Gadwalls, 21 Wigeon, 31 Teal, four Shovelers, 33 Mallards, two Water Rails, a Green Sandpiper, six Little Grebes, three Kingfishers and four Tawny Owls calling. Cheltenham     At Pittville Park a male and a female Kingfisher, a Grey Heron and a Little Egret. (Alan McIlquham).
