A male Redstart briefly in a beech copse, several Willow Warblers, a Tree Pipit, a male Peregrine, a WHIMBREL very high flew steadily S down the Severn Vale at 1:15pm and four Golden Plovers flew high N at 2:05pm. Stanley Downton     At least six singing Blackcaps, Chiffchaffs everywhere, five Buzzards, two Kestrels, a Greenfinch, a Swallow, a Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming, a Grey Heron over, Long-tailed Tits, a Goldfinch, Blue Tits and Great Tits all carrying nest material. (Paul Sutton).
