WWT Slimbridge     A TEMMINCK’S STINT initially on the Top New Piece from Zeiss hide then relocating to the Tack Piece until this afternoon at least. (Martin McGill). A pair of Mediterranean Gulls on the Rushy and later South Lake. A BITTERN from Knott hide this afternoon. (Ian Hull).

Saul Warth     22 Avocets, two Whimbrels, seven Curlews, a Bar-tailed Godwit, an Oystercatcher, 38 Dunlins, 24 Ringed Plovers, six Sanderlings, two Grey Plovers, a Common Sandpiper, a distant Cuckoo, five Whitethroats, a male Blackcap, a Sedge Warbler, a Chiffchaff, a Yellow Wagtail, a Grey Wagtail, a Roebuck and a Muntjac. (MK). This evening 69 Avocets, 26 Whimbrels, eight Curlews, nine Bar-tailed Godwits, four Grey Plovers, 29 Dunlins, 11 Ringed Plovers, two Sanderlings, two Knots and five Oystercatchers. May Hill     Two Tree Pipits and a Garden Warbler this morning. (Owen Follis).

Coombe Hill Meadows      This afternoon two Oystercatchers, two Redshanks, 4 Lapwing, 8+ Skylark, 10+ Sedge Warbler, four Whitethroats, two Lesser Whitethroat, a distant Cuckoo, two Linnets, three Roe Deer  and a Broad-bodied Chaser (Paul Clark). Also two Redstarts, four Reed Buntings , a Little Ringed Plover, a Redshank, a Little Egret, a Buzzard, a Red Kite and a Great Spotted Woodpecker. (Luke Jones & Gareth Jones).

Ebworth     Two Yellow Wagtails amongst the cattle along the Ebworth drive this morning.  Also three Wheatears. (Tom Griffin).

Cleeve Hill     At Warden’s Wood this morning a Whitethroat, a Chiffchaff, a Blackcap and a Song Thrush. Butterflies included Holly Blue, Brimstone, Large White, Green-veined White and a Mother Shipton moth. Between the car park and the trig point near the aerials four  female and two male Wheatears, three pairs of Stonechats, three Whitethroats, a Willow Warbler and two Red Kites. Butterflies included Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell and Small Heath.
