Bourton-on-the-Water     An OSPREY over the lakes this morning. (Ben Hilder).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This afternoon an OSPREY heading NW, also four Black-tailed Godwits and three Shelducks. (Neil Pryce-Jones). Also today four Mute Swans, two Greylags, two Canada Geese, 25 Wigeon, 200 Teal, 15 Mallards, 90 Shovelers, 25 Tufted Ducks, a Great Crested Grebe, at least four Little Grebes, a Grey Heron, a Cormorant, ten Coots, ten Lapwings, three Curlews, eight Black-tailed Godwits, at least five Redshanks, five  Skylarks, a Blackcap, at least three Willow Warblers, at least five Chiffchaffs and two Reed Buntings. WWT Slimbridge     A drake GARGANEY from Robbie Garnett/Martin Smith hide today. The Spotted Redshank on the Rushy and two Black Swans on the Tack Piece. 231 White-fronted Geese on the Dumbles. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Frampton     Around the pools two Meadow Pipits, 12 Shelducks, two Willow Warblers, 59 Chiffchaffs, 13 Blackcaps, a Swallow, 30+ Sand Martins, 12 Siskins, six Cetti’s Warblers, five Skylarks, a Marsh Harrier, 12 Buzzards, three Ravens, two Oystercatchers, three Green Woodpeckers and 59 Tufted Ducks. (Nick Goatman). From Splatt Bridge early morning two Kingfishers, six Little Egrets, seven Cormorants, 15 Shelducks, eight Curlews and ten Canada Geese. (Steve Pullen).

Dudbridge     Two Mandarins over Dudbridge lock at 7am. (Steve Pullen).

Cobney Meadows     35 Shelducks, ten Wigeon, two Oystercatchers and two Curlews. (Mike Smart).

Saul Warth     This morning at high tide, an immature SPOONBILL flew to WWT, five Oystercatchers, a Common Sandpiper (a migrant, wintering bird not seen since 13/02), a Ringed Plover, 84+ Curlews, a distant Marsh Harrier, 18 Sand Martins and two Chiffchaffs. (MK).

Stinchcombe Hill      A Fieldfare, a Red Kite and seven Ravens over today. Two Crossbills flew W yesterday. (James Robinson).

Halmore     Around the woods today three Buzzards with some displaying, a Goshawk, a Kestrel, two Ravens, many Chiffchaffs, two Greenfinches, two Mistle Thrushes, a Grey Heron, a Song Thrush, a Blackcap and two Green Woodpeckers. (Chris Newton).

Hazleton     On the approach road from the Salperton direction a mixed flock of Great Tits, Goldfinches, Chaffinches, six Bramblings (4m, 2f), two male Yellowhammers and eight Corn Buntings. (Paul McGowan).
