Selsley    At Bownhill Equestrian Centre a male RING OUZEL, a Whinchat and three Wheatears today. (Keith & Lyn Perkins).

WWT Slimbridge      A drake GARGANEY on South Lake. (Andy Chapman/Paul Masters). A male Whinchat along the Summer Walkway. Two Cuckoos, a Lesser Whitethroat and two Wheatears from Middle Point. (Mike Davis/Ian Hull/Geoff Moyser/MK).

Frampton     Around the pools four Hobbies, two Common Sandpipers, a pair of Mandarins, 19 Swifts, 50+ Sand Martins, 20+ Swallows, 30+ House Martins, an ARCTIC TERN, two Common Terns, a Garden Warbler, a Whitethroat, a Reed Warbler, a Curlew, a Kingfisher, a Sparrowhawk and 28 Tufted Ducks. From Splatt Bridge early morning, a Whimbrel, two Great White Egrets, three Common Sandpipers near the bridge, two Redshanks, a Lapwing, nine Little Egrets, two Gadwalls, 12 Shelducks, two Sedge Warblers, a Reed Bunting, 15+ Swallows and four Cetti’s Warblers. Cotswold Water Park West     At Pit 57 at least six Garden Warblers and four Common Terns. Also good numbers of Reed, Sedge and Cetti’s Warblers and a Cuckoo heard. (Paul Rich).

Cleeve Hill     A Cuckoo on the butterfly reserve at 11:30am today. (Howard Smith).

Cassey Compton    A circling feeding flock of hirundines, 40 House Martins and ten Swallows, in a woodland glade bordering Coln water meadows at Turpin’s Green ½ mile S of Cassey Compton today. (Harvey Sherwood).

Prestbury     A Swift over the house at 10am. (Ken Heron).

Nailsworth     A Hen Harrier type raptor (definitely a harrier sp and not Marsh) flew N up the Nailsworth Valley then veered W and out of sight at 7:15pm. (Terry Grant).
