Saul Warth     Early high tide, a juvenile Redstart at the sewage works. Also 78 Avocets, 18 Oystercatchers, 48 Black-tailed Godwits, 74 Curlews, a pair of Barnacle Geese, four Kestrels, two Grey Wagtails, six Whitethroats, a male Blackcap, a Chiffchaff, two Mistle Thrushes, four Skylarks and five Swallows. WWT Slimbridge     A Barn Owl showed in the Kingfisher hide box just before midday, also two Kingfishers seen. (Oliver Paisey).

Forest of Dean     At Nagshead two adults and two juvenile Spotted Flycatchers, two Firecrests, a Treecreeper, three Nuthatches and a Wood Mouse. (Chris Snook).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning a Hobby, a Great White Egret, four Little Egrets, a juvenile Redstart, three Reed Warblers, two Sedge Warblers, a Whitethroat, two Yellow Wagtails, two juvenile Oystercatchers with adults, two juvenile Lapwings, a Little Ringed Plover, a Pintail, a Buzzard and a Red Kite. Additionally at dusk a pair of Mute Swans with six cygnets, five Teal, 20 Mallards, a Grey Heron, two Coots, three adult Lapwings with at least four chicks, two adult Redshanks with at least two chicks, 10+ Skylarks, 500+ Jackdaws, 500+ Rooks and 10+ Reed Buntings. Upham Meadow     This morning two Red Kites, an Oystercatcher, a Curlew, a Common Tern fishing over the Avon, five Skylarks, two Reed Warblers, a Sedge Warbler, two Ravens, 30 Rooks, three Carrion Crows and ten Reed Buntings. (Mike Smart).

Haw Bridge     This morning from Haw Bridge to opposite Wainlodes on the Severn Way at least two QUAIL in the adjacent field to the north of previous reports opposite the fishing platforms A15 to A19. (Les Ditchburn).

Nailsworth     At Windsoredge numerous butterflies on a clump of lavender in the garden, including at least three Painted Ladies at the same time, with, Ringlets, Large Whites, Meadow Browns, a Gatekeeper, a Small White and briefly a Hummingbird Hawkmoth. (Terry Grant).
