Frampton    At Court Lake seven Great White Egrets flew from the far end and relocated to the top end of the Sailing Lake. Edge     At Rudge Hill NR this morning 8+ Spotted Flycatchers in groups (including young) spread over the common feeding and calling. Other birds included Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Whitethroat, a female Blackcap, a Bullfinch, Linnets, Goldfinches, a Skylark, Swallows, Long-tailed Tits, Coal Tits, a Chiffchaff, a Treecreeper, a Nuthatch and a Buzzard. Cherington     Around the lake and around surrounding wooded areas this afternoon birds included two Spotted Flycatchers, three Linnets, two Grey Wagtails, a Treecreeper, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, a Sparrowhawk, a Red Kite, a Buzzard, a Grey Heron, five Moorhens, two Canada Geese and three Mallards. Ashleworth Ham    A CES ringing session this morning 38 birds caught including a juvenile Kingfisher, two Redstarts, nine Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, four Blackcaps, two Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler, a Treecreeper, two Bullfinches and three Reed Buntings. Guscar Rocks    At high tide this evening four Grey Herons, 337 Curlews on the mud at low tide, some flying over to Guscar, most moving upstream to Aylburton, of 200 at Guscar seven rings read, all birds ringed at Wibdon between 2010 and 2013.
