Berkeley shore     Two Grey Herons, 12 Shelducks, 14 Mallards, two Teal, two Wigeon, six Canada Geese, five Redshanks, three Oystercatchers, three Curlews, five Common  Sandpipers, a Ringed Plover, four Dunlins, three Common Gulls, 166 Black-headed Gulls, two Peregrines, a male Sparrowhawk, a Yellow Wagtail, seven Reed Warblers, four Sedge Warblers and three Whitethroats. A WHITE STORK circling beyond Lydney over Aylburton then drifted NE but lost to sight around 10:45am. (Jon Haw/James Robinson).

Stinchcombe Hill     A HOBBY over at 2:30pm. (James Robinson).

Cotswold Water Park West     A Grasshopper Warbler at Shorncote this morning by the first hide. (James Robinson).

Highnam Woods     A Nightingale still singing 6:15am until 12:40pm at least today. Please note the car park is usually closed. If approaching from Gloucester there is pull-in parking for 3 cars on the left c200m after the reserve entrance. (Ken Hurcombe/Oliver Paisey/Ian Ralphs).

Saul Warth     At high tide this morning 67 Avocets, two Whimbrels, ten Curlews, ten Oystercatchers, ten Dunlins, a Lapwing, a Common Sandpiper, 30 Shelducks, three Common Cranes, a male Marsh Harrier, a Wheatear, three Swallows, 145 Sand Martins, two Whitethroats, a Willow Warbler, a Chiffchaff, a Blackcap and a Roebuck. (MK). 16 Whimbrels this afternoon. (Steve Pullen).

Frampton     Around the pools a Tawny Owl, a Cuckoo, a Lesser Whitethroat, four Whitethroats, a Willow Warbler, six Reed Warblers, two Swallows, 50+ Sand Martins, 43 Blackcaps, 32 Chiffchaffs, two Siskins, two Shelducks, 48 Tufted Ducks and the first Greylag gosling. This morning at Splatt Bridge 38 Bar-tailed Godwits through N, also a Yellow Wagtail N, a Cuckoo calling in the village, a Common Sandpiper on the canal, a least three Sedge Warblers, two Reed Warblers, five Whitethroats and a Lesser Whitethroat. WWT Slimbridge    A Spotted Redshank and a Common Sandpiper on the Rushy. The Tundra Bean Goose around the grounds. From the Estuary Tower a reeling Grasshopper Warbler in hedge scrub below the hide. The DARK-BELLIED BRENT on the scrape, two Marsh Harriers and Peregrine. (Slimbridge Sightings). A BITTERN from Willow hide. (Ian Hull).

Coombe Hill Meadows     3+ Cattle Egrets, two Redstarts and a Little Ringed Plover this morning. (Oliver Paisey).

Gloucester     At Horsebere Brook FSA two Yellow Wagtails on the manure pile at the top of the slope. (Ken Hurcombe).

Prestbury     At 12:25pm today a Green Sandpiper was heard and seen high up flying N over Prestbury. (Ken Heron).

Guscar Rocks/Aylburton Warth     Two Canada Geese, 26 Shelducks, two Mallards, two Grey Herons, four Oystercatchers, a Ringed Plover, four Dunlins, a Sanderling, 74 Curlews, a Whimbrel, five Bar-tailed Godwits, two Redshanks, a Common Sandpiper, ten Herring Gulls, a Black-headed Gull, 10+ Skylarks, a Cetti’s Warbler, three Reed Warblers, two Chiffchaffs, 50 Carrion Crows, ten Linnets and a Reed Bunting.
