Coombe Hill Meadows     This afternoon a breeding plumage WOOD SANDPIPER, but flushed by a helicopter, two Dunlins, a Little Ringed Plover, a Red Kite, a Sedge Warbler, two Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Blackcaps, two Redstarts and a Swallow. (Alan Baxter & Rob East). Also this afternoon three Cattle Egrets, two Little Egrets, three Grey Herons, two Oystercatchers, four Redshanks, two Common Sandpipers, 20+ Lapwings, five Redstarts, two Reed Buntings, 8+ Sedge Warblers, 6+ Chiffchaffs, two Treecreepers and three Bullfinches. Additionally this evening five Mute Swans, 12 Greylags, 16 Canada Geese, two Egyptian Geese, five Shelducks, three Wigeon, ten Gadwalls, eight Teal, 25 Mallards, a drake Pintail, five Shovelers, three Coots, four Curlews, a Snipe calling at dusk, a Cuckoo, three Pied Wagtails and three Yellow Wagtails. Tewkesbury     Singing Redstarts at Haw Bridge East and Lower Lode this evening. (Mike Smart/Shaun Curtis).

Gloucester     At Horsebere Brook two Yellow Wagtails and a Greenland Wheatear today. (Alan Baxter & Rob East/Mark Dowie). Also here on the WeBS count two Mute Swans, five Mallards, 1+ Moorhen, two Coots, a Snipe, three Herring Gulls, 20 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a male Kestrel, male and female Stonechat, a Whitethroat and four male Reed Buntings. Cotswold Water Park East     A WHITE STORK over Pit 104 mid-morning. (Mick Jones).

Frampton     Around the pools three Wheatears, two Whinchats, a White Wagtail, two Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroats, 12 Sand Martins and a Cuckoo. (Nick Goatman). A Swift over the church this morning. (Steve Pullen). A Yellow-legged Gull on the sailing lake again. (Mark Dowie).

WWT Slimbridge     The SPOONBILL on the Top New Piece and the DARK-BELLIED BRENT GOOSE on the Estuary Tower scrape. A Whinchat on the summer walkway hedge and c43 Bar-tailed Godwits and a Whimbrel on the foreshore. (Ian Hull).

Forest of Dean     A Tree Pipit on Crabtree Hill today. (Geoff Fawcett). Three redhead Goosanders on Newent Lake this morning. (Paul Masters). Six Goosanders (1m) at Cannop ponds early afternoon. (Andy Jayne).

Tresham     This evening four Wheatears, five Stock Doves and four Corn Buntings. (Paul Rich).

Saul Warth     At high tide 95 Avocets, two Bar-tailed Godwits, three Whimbrels, 40 Curlews, 27 Dunlins, a Common Sandpiper, a Great White Egret, a drake Mandarin, five Swallows, two Blackcaps, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Whitethroats, a Cetti’s Warbler, a Reed Warbler and two Chiffchaffs. (MK). A Swift over at 9am. (Martin Wightman).

Witcombe Reservoirs     WeBS count two Canada Geese, two Mute Swans, c100 Mallards, 11 Tufted Ducks, ten Great Crested Grebes, six Cormorants, 4+ Moorhens, a Coot, a Common Sandpiper, 38 Herring Gulls, 28 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, two Red Kites, a pair of Grey Wagtails, a Pied Wagtail, a Mistle Thrush, two Chiffchaffs, a Blackcap and two Muntjacs.
