Cleeve Hill     On West Down this morning, a Grasshopper Warbler at SP006240, with a Corn Bunting nearby and a Garden Warbler at Wontley Farm. (Richard Cawsey).

Gloucester     A loud BLACK REDSTART on St Michael’s Tower above H Samuel at The Cross. Confirmed by App. This is just a short distance from last year’s breeding site. (Tom Berry).

Awre     This evening seven Whimbrels, a Reed Bunting, three Whitethroats, 147 Shelducks, three Common Cranes and 14 Curlews. 78+ Ringed Plovers and c135 Dunlins distant on the Saul side. (Dan Watson).

Saul Warth     6-9am no tide a Mandarin, 66 Shelducks, two Bar-tailed Godwits, three Sanderlings, 80 Dunlins, 140 Ringed Plovers, ten Avocets, six Curlews, three Oystercatchers, a Common Tern, a Little Egret, a Cuckoo heard, 15 Swallows and 20 Goldfinches. (MK).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Five Grey Herons, a Little Egret, two Mute Swans, four Greylags, four Canada Geese, two Shovelers, a drake Teal,  five male Gadwalls,30+ Mallards including a female with eight ducklings, six Coots, including a pair with two young, a Curlew, a Little Ringed Plover, a Ringed Plover, two Redshanks, five Lapwings, two Oystercatchers, a Buzzard, a Red Kite, two Hobbies, two Swallows, two Swifts, five male Reed Buntings, 20+ Sedge Warblers, 16+ Blackcaps, 10+ Whitethroats, two Lesser Whitethroats, two Reed Warblers, a Yellow Wagtail, a Meadow Pipit and a Yellowhammer. Ashleworth Ham     Nine Mute Swans, 30 Greylags, five Canada Geese, five Egyptian Geese had roosted and flew out early, two pairs of Shelducks with nine tiny ducklings, 30 Mallards, at least two females with one and three ducklings, a Little Egret, a Grey Heron, a male Lapwing, two Curlews, two Blackcaps and two Chiffchaffs. Tewkesbury     On Severn Ham a Curlew, 5+ Skylarks, 2+ Yellow Wagtails, two Cetti’s Warblers, 5+ Sedge Warblers, two Blackcaps and 2+ Reed Buntings today. (Mike Smart).

Frampton     At the sailing lake this morning a  Garden Warbler singing, three Common Terns, a pair of Blackcaps carrying food and near the church a pair of Greenfinches with four newly fledged young. (Steve Pullen).

Lydney     At 12:30pm a Red Kite flew E high over the garden and two Greylags on the playing area opposite the house until disturbed when they flew E. (Stephen Curtis & Carol Rushton).

Nailsworth     A female Sparrowhawk drinking water for several minutes in the garden at Windsoredge today. (Terry Grant).
