Nailsworth     A steady stream of birds flying S between 7:25am and 8:25am after which it petered out. Birds included three Hawfinches, 30+ Chaffinches, 45+ Goldfinches, 70+ Meadow Pipits, 200+ Swallows and 185+ House Martins. (Terry Grant).

Winchcombe     A Grey Wagtail on the River Isbourne at Castle Street this morning. (Peter Rodgers). At Hayles fruit farm camping area two Tawny Owls heard, 37 Meadow Pipits, 43 Swallows, a Willow Warbler, nine Long-tailed Tits, a Green Woodpecker, four Nuthatches, three Jays, two Red Kites, four Ravens, three Buzzards, three Moorhens, a male Stonechat, a Cormorant and five Linnets. Stroud     A Canada Goose and a small Canada Goose species flying E at 8:10am and a party of four Great White Egrets also flew E at 8:45am. A small southerly trickle of hirundines comprising c25 Swallows and 10 House Martins. (Terry Grant).
