Saul/Frampton     From Fretherne (Cadbury) Bridge to Splatt Bridge 14 Curlews, a Little Egret, a Stonechat, a Raven, five Mistle Thrushes together and a Water Rail calling. On the rough ground S of the Sailing Lake a male Sparrowhawk flushed seven Snipe. At Saul Warth 50+ Curlews and a white Common Buzzard nearby 30 Goldfinches, 10+Fieldfares and 6+ Redwings in Dunstalls Wood. (MK).

Cheltenham    At Naunton Park garden male and female Siskins for 4 days (singing heard) and wintering male and female Blackcaps.  Nearby 2 Ravens seen at a traditional nest site and two others noisy and high N over Cheltenham.
